Full-Service Design

What to Expect:

We start with a free call, where we’ll discuss the scope of your project. I’ll answer any questions you have about working with me. If you’ve decided we’re a good fit I’ll explain the payment options and send you a contract to solidify our working relationship.

Next, I’ll get to work reviewing your floor plans, gather needed measurements, look over your inspiration and use various physical samples to create some material combinations for you to look over.
With your material selections made, I’ll create a 3D Rendering of how your space will look and present this to you for revising and approval! -
Finally, I’ll work with your contractors to ensure proper implementation of your interior design with two seperate on-site visits. I’ll handle all communications and be sure you are included in problem solving only as needed.
By the time we’re done, you’ll barely have lifted a finger — and your space will have transformed into the home you’ve always wanted!
Full Service Design Clients —

A home loan has already been secured.

Floor plans are 75% complete. *I will review and suggest adjustments as needed

Once you’re on my call calendar, we will talk through what your needs and desires are as well as what stage of the process you are at. I’ll answer any questions you have about working with me. if you’ve decided we’re a good fit we will discuss payment options and get a contract signed.

Sample Sourcing & 3D Renderings
Visual conceptions!
After you’ve signed your a contract you will provide floor plans or room measurements as well as all your mood boards and inspirations in order for me to source proper samples on your behalf. I’ll save you the multiple trips to multiple vendor locations and present you with a few sample combinations with your style and needs in mind. Once you choose your favorites, I’ll apply them to your 3D Rendering and present your dream space for final approval before sending the scope over to your contractor.

Communication & Support
Overseeing Implementation!
I’ll handle all communication with your contractor, sub contractors, and vendors while your project comes to life. I’ll personally visit and oversee the implementation with two on-site visits throughout the process and be sure to remedy any problems that may arise before your closing date! You’ll be able to FINALLY enjoy the space you’ve been praying for and focus on enjoying your family in an environment that supports your new quality of life!
One Room Refresh Design
A hybrid design service for updating one space, without demo or building permits

Client’s that want a fresh, updated look created for one space.
Client’s that need to repurpose a room’s functionality.
Client’s who enjoy implementing change based on the eye of a professional designer.
Anyone willing to do a little DIY or use referred sub contractors.
What this service includes:
In person room walk through & measurements completed by Chelsea.
Moodboard design presentation via Zoom Call, & One revision.
Final design moodboard deliverable.

What to Expect:

We start with a free call, where we’ll discuss the scope of your project. I’ll answer any questions you have about working with me. If you’ve decided we’re a good fit I’ll explain the payment options and send you a contract to solidify our working relationship.

First, we’ll schedule a time for me to come see your space and hear your design desires. You can tell me what must stay the same, and what you’d most like to have changed up. I’ll take needed measurements and reference photos and then get to work on ideas for your room!
Next, I’ll source furnishings, materials, wall treatments, floor options, and decor as needed. (Not every project will need everything changed.) Then I’ll create a moodboard that pulls everything together. We will set a date for a zoom call presentation where I can explain the ideas, and give you an opportunity to request a revision.
After the final design is approved, the shoppable design package is sent via email along with industry expert discounts where possible & my sub contractor referrals as needed.

Using our selections and specifications as a guide, you can place orders for furniture and decor, pick up needed supplies and materials locally, and choose to DIY a few things of schedule subcontractors to execute certain projects (like tiling or flooring).
If you’d like to have me implement parts of your project for you, we can discuss an hourly rate per request.
